How long is the commitment?

The minimum commitment is 3 months. This ensures we have enough time to build momentum and implement real change. After that, you can renew quarterly or switch to monthly.

What if I don't use all my sessions in a month?

Sessions don’t roll over, so consistency is key. The value is in maintaining regular accountability and progress.

Can I pause my retainer if life gets hectic?

You can request a pause for up to 30 days once per 6-month period. Extended breaks require cancellation and re-enrollment at current rates.

What's included email and text support?

You get Monday–Thursday email/text access for questions, check-ins, and light support between sessions (24–48 hr response time).

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. You can move to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades are allowed at the end of your current billing cycle.
